Adding a Task

  • When users add a Phone Call task with quotation marks in the description, the homepage will no longer produce an error.

Forms

  • Users setting up new forms will now be able to save properly.
  • Dates on the kiosk forms will no longer add the year twice for Australia database users. 
  • Dates on the forms will now be formatted to DD/MM/YYYY for New Zealand database users.

Reports

  • Reports on the AUS and NZ databases will now run faster.
  • Reports will now work in Safari.
  • Scheduled reports will now send out.

Complete Task Screen

  • On the Complete Task screen, users will no longer see the Save + Go To Lead button.

Send Email Screen

  • When sending an email to a lead, the Template box will no longer extend beyond the popup boundaries.

Special Employers

  • Spelling errors fixed.

Lead Screen

  • Duplicate children can now be deleted when there is an apostrophe in the Lead Address.

Child Status

  • Once a child is successfully exported and the actual start date has passed, a child’s status should automatically move from Registered to Enrolled.

Enhancements

Reports

  • On the Withdrawn Reasons report, Withdrawn Date has now been renamed to Withdrawn Status Date (start and end) and Actual Withdrawn Date (start and end) has been added.
  • At the bottom of each report, users will see the following buttons – View, Queue and Schedule. These buttons were removed from the top and added to the bottom.
  • Location Groups and Organization Levels will be hidden in the Reports tab for single site users.

Forms

  • On the CRM WebForm Fields, the System Field List will no display Child Count beside the Child Field Name.
  • UK forms are now formatted for the correct dates and phone numbers.

Special Employers

  • All Corporate Level Special Employers will now be in the Location Level Special Employer list. When a Special Employer is added to the Corporate Level, it will be copied to the Location Level. When a Special Employer is added to the Location Level, it will be reflected at “Other” when running a report with Special Employers at the Corporate Level.
  • The Special Employers tab has now been removed from the Marketing Tab. Users will now see a Corporate Special Employers tab under Organization Settings. Users will also see a Location Special Employers tab under the View Location popup.

Lead Screen

  • Users will now be able to link multiple children at the same center together, and will be able to create a linked child from an existing child.
  • Users will be able to expand the list of children to see different child records that are connected to that one actual child.
  • Permissions have been added to the system that will show Archive Status children in a grouped child list and Active status children in a grouped child list.

 Homepage (Single Site Users)

  • A single site user’s homepage will now start at their center instead of a higher level where they had to drill down to get to their location.

Preferences (Single Site Users)

  • Single site users will no longer see preferences related to multi-site locations.

Corporate Structure (Single Site Users)

  • A single site user’s Location tab under Settings will now only show their one location.All other selections pertaining to multi-site locations are removed.

User Permissions (Single Site Users)

  • A single site user’s Location tab under Settings will now only show their one location.All other selections pertaining to multi-site locations are removed.

Location Dropdown Box

  • When users add leads or staff to the system, they will now be able to type and search through locations.
