Business Rules Users

· Business Rules now have more flexibility. You can now create business rules that have stop triggers based on events, not just status changes. For example, you can create a business rule that whenever an email is sent to a lead, a one-week follow-up is scheduled that goes away if the lead responds first. Then when you reply, a new one-week follow-up gets scheduled…. Set this up for calls, texts and emails to stop leads slipping through the cracks.
