As you learn and utilize the ChildCareCRM system, you will eventually come across the Reports section. It is important to learn how to use the Reports section, because they will eventually become an integral part of your day to day use of the system. 

Reports will help show you the strengths of your business and the areas that you will need to improve upon. They will also help you learn where you are losing most of your business, which will help you devise a plan to fix those areas. 

Talking about Reports as a whole can be a very tedious process because there’s over 30 different report types you can run in the ChildCareCRM system. In this section, we will discuss how to run reports (all reports basically run in the same way, but each report has a different function) and we will go over the function of each report.

 

How to get to the Reports Section:

When you first log into the ChildCareCRM system, you will be taken to the homepage. From the homepage, you will see the Reports tab (as pictured below):

You will simply hover over to Reports and left click on it. From there, you will be taken to the Reports section, and you will automatically be taken to the Leads section and Lead List Report.

The Different Types of Reports

When you look at the sub-tabs under the Reports section, you will see these:

These are the different types of Reports you can run. Just so you can understand this better, let’s break this down a bit more:

Lead Reports – If you want to inquire more information on Leads, you will select the Leads sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Leads:

Children Reports – If you want to inquire more information on Children, you will select the Children sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Children:

Opportunities Reports – If you want to inquire more information on your Opportunities, you will select the Opportunities sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Opportunities:

Marketing Reports – If you want to inquire more information on your marketing efforts, you will select the Marketing sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Marketing:

Statistics Reports – If you want to inquire more information on statistical data on your center, you will select the Statistics sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Statistics info at your center:

Archive Reports – If you want to inquire more information on your Archive (which deals with children and opportunities that have withdrawn or have been rejected), you will select the Archive sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run on Archive information:

Administrative Reports – If you want to inquire more information on Administrative information (reports that are typically done on a corporate or admin level), you will select the Administrative sub-tab. By doing so, you will see a plethora of different reports you can run in regards to Administrative information:
